What We Are Looking For
We welcome applicants who are motivated, trainable, and customer-focused.
• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good problem-solving and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
• Open to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
No BPO experience required — full training will be provided.
What You Will Be Doing
As an Insurance Account Customer Service Representative, you will assist policyholders with their insurance needs and ensure accurate, helpful, and professional support.
Your daily responsibilities include:
• Handling customer inquiries related to insurance policies, coverage, premiums, and benefits
• Assisting policyholders with account updates, claims status, and policy changes
• Providing accurate information about insurance products, terms, and procedures
• Guiding customers through claims filing and documentation requirements
• Resolving customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency
• Updating and maintaining policy records in internal systems
• Coordinating with internal teams or insurance partners for escalated cases
• Ensuring compliance with company guidelines, confidentiality, and data privacy standards
